Summary: Booked a 2 bedroom unit turned up was given a 1 bedroom unit went back to office door locked no one get hold of was tied so just unpacked. Room was ok just not what booked so made things awkward and not told what even happened. Plus first night turned on fan broken told office next day heard nothing and 2nd night fan still broken
